2022 Yukon

My wife and I have been looking for a used Yukon/Tahoe for the last 6 months. We have test drove several of each make at several dealerships in both Illinois and Missouri as well as test driving at Carmax in St Louis. Of all the vehicles we drove there was not one that was as clean and as detailed as the one we drove at Hi Way motors!!! We worked with Dustin Esker and he was unbelievably courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and low pressure as you would ever want. He was punctual, the car was ready to drive when we showed up to test drive and after we purchased he DELIVERED the car to our door at the exact time he said he would. Best experience we have ever had buying a car!!! I had found the one I liked online and inquired about it by sending a message. Within a few seconds I had a notification email that they received my message and some one would be with me shortly. Within just a few minutes I was texting with Dustin about the vehicle. We set up a time that afternoon for us to come look at it. It had started snowing and the roads were getting covered so Dustin messaged me that he had to head home but Jared would be there to take care of us if we still wanted to come look at it. We were there and as soon as we walked in Jared and the front desk girl (cant remember her name) were so nice. Even though it was snowing and icy out we were able to test drive the car. As soon as we did that we knew that it was what we wanted. We went back in and Jared quickly got the paperwork started and we were out of there in just around an hour. Dustin has been a close friend nearly our entire lives, so of course buying through him at Hi-Way was a no-brainer. However, the uneasy questions still loomed before a big purchase like this: Can a small, family owned dealership find exactly what we need/want? With smaller inventory than the "big box stores" will we have to settle for something on the lot? Is it smart to mix a business relationship with our personal one? Any anxieties felt prior to purchasing were quickly assuaged once we sat down with Dustin. Not only did he find us a family vehicle that we love, but he went above and beyond to find us a newer model year with less miles that fit within our budget. When our "new" Buick Enclave arrived, it was noted as "front-line ready" by the other guys. The Hi-Way team was not satisfied with mediocrity, though, and took the time to really make it shine -- inside and out. This effort, along with a quick and effortless closing further solidified the fact that we made the right decision in buying through Hi-Way Motor. Fastest car deal I've ever been a part of! I was shopping online for a used Equinox. Hi-Way Motors had the exact one I wanted. I submitted an inquiry through cargurus and within seconds, Dustin sent me text message to set up a test drive. The car was cleaned up and ready to test drive within a couple hours (I had a 1.5 hour drive anyway). I came back the following Monday to purchase the car. My least favorite part of buying a car is the hours spent in the dealership. Hi-Way Motors had mein and out in less than 30 minutes. They knew I was a busy mom with not a lot of time to spare and made sure I was in and out quickly. They even filled up the gas tank for me (a big dealer refused to fill up the tank for me on my previous car purchase). I will definitely be going back there for my next purchase!

We drove a little over 5 hours to look at the Cadillac Escalade that was on the lot. Hi-Way Motor Co had the exact trim I wanted with all the bells & whistles, and priced better than anyone in the area, to include the dealers in St. Louis. Plenty of research online comparing other like models validated their super competitive pricing, which made it more than worth the 45 min drive to Red Bud from Scott AFB (actually made it twice as we forgot our checkbook.. still well worth it). Dustin made the car buying experience extremely easy, he was bend-over backwards helpful & even put up with my nit-picking on the minor details, and worked with me through the entire process. Dustin was genuine in his customer relations/service, and did not pressure me at all. Dustin and his team were very accommodating as well, offering great places to eat for lunch in the small town of Red Bud (shout out to Di Carlo's) and even brought out some toys for our 1 yr old to play with in the office while we were going through the process. I bought my first car from Hi-Way Motor Company this passed weekend, and it could not have been any easier. Not only did they have the exact car I was looking for, but it was also the most competitively priced in the Greater St. Louis Area. I am from St. Charles County, and the trip was definitely worth it. Beyond the staff's friendly and fair service, I was even more impressed after I brought the vehicle home. Being in Red Bud, I was unable to test drive the car at highway speeds, and when I drove home I noticed a difference in the driving experience prior to when I bought the car. I knew that I was going to have to replace the tires of the vehicle within the near future, but I did not expect the worn tread to have such an effect on the driving experience. The next day, I called and spoke with Jared, who I had bought the car from, he was very understanding, and offered to send a check for half the price of the tires! I would also like to point out that my new car does have a 30 day/1000 mile warranty included from Hi-Way Motor Company, but this warranty, of course, does not cover new tires. I am so thankful, and I would suggest everyone to check out Hi-Way Motor Company for their next car. If you are looking for a quality used car, a fair price, a pressure-free environment, and a welcoming staff, then you should make the trip to Red Bud to buy your car from Hi-Way Motor Company.

This review is about the SERVICE DEPT....not sales, although they were very nice. Yesterday, I was on my way home from Southern IL in sleeting winter weather, when my truck started to overheat. I limped into Red Bud and was told to see if the mechanic at Hi-Way Motors could help. He said he could get it in tomorrow. I said okay but I was hoping my wife wouldn't have to drive an hour in this weather. He replied, "Let me see what I can do." Three hours later, I pulled in the driveway safe & sound, after he replaced two pulleys & the serpentine belt and got me back on the road! Great folks at Hi-Way Motors!!
